GPM provides Support Coordination (Level 2), Specialist Support Coordination, Training for Parents and Carers, Fast-Track Referrals, and Needs Assessment and Support Onboarding.

02What can Support Coordination help with?

Support Coordination (Level 2) can help you understand your NDIS plan and funding, connect with suitable providers, coordinate your support team, work through service delivery challenges, prepare for a plan review, and build confidence in making choices.

03When is Specialist Support Coordination a better fit?

Specialist Support Coordination is for high-risk or complex circumstances, including crisis planning, multiple stakeholder coordination, housing or accommodation transitions, safeguarding, risk mitigation, and barriers that are stopping a plan from being implemented.

04Can GPM train parents and carers as well?

Yes. Training for Parents and Carers provides practical coaching about the NDIS, funding categories, provider responsibilities, advocacy, sustainable support networks, crisis preparation, and coordinating supports with confidence.
